Hands down, the worst Caesar dressing I have ever made and followed the recipe without substitutions. Too much Dijon at 2 tablespoons. The.option of balsamic was a mistake because it really changed the whole flavor of what this dressing should taste like. Too much like a balsamic dressing and ?ot what I was looking for when making a Caesar salad....

Admit to using fig jam instead of making my own because I had a jar around. That being said, it was fantastic! Sweet, salty, tangy with a little crunch. Loved it. Rave reviews. So easy for a really nice and different appetizer.

I really thought that the flavor combo would blow my socks off but it really was a let down. I followed the instructios to a tee and even added more of the aromatics than called for but for some reason came out a bit bland for my taste.
