"I will use this recipe when I make zucchini bread from now on. It was very good and moist. I followed the recipe exactly, the only thing I did different was I put a half cup of raisins in along with the nuts, just because I like raisins in my zucchini bread. One of my loaves did spill over just a little, but I had put my loaf pans on a cookie shee"
