Reviewed Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Ginger and Garlic

"I love this bok choy recipe; it is simple and quick and tastes delicious! I love the ginger and soy sauce combo. I would say it takes a little longer than five minutes, depending on how much you use. I've already made it twice and it comes out great every time...such a nice change from green beans or broccoli!"

Reviewed Chicken Teriyaki

"A wonderful teriyaki recipe!! It was fairly easy to make, though it took a little longer than making normal chicken because of the reduced sauce. Everyone loved it though; the teriyaki flavor is just right. I substituted the mirin and sake for some premade teriyaki sauce and it came out great. This recipe goes really well with Robin's bok-choy and Tyler's tempura."

"What a fun, easy recipe! I didn't make the batter like Tyler but bought a premade mix where you just add water at Giant. I also substituted some of my favorite veggies for his recommendations. Any way you do it, the recipe is fun and simple...it was a huge hit with the family!"
