Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

"Awesome cup cakes! Very rich and moist! I followed the recipe--made sure my eggs and butter were room temperature and most importantly--I didn't over mix the batter (which would have made them dense)! Thanks for sharing your outstanding cupcake recipe with us, Ina! I've been using Starbuck's Via in the cake as well as the ganache topping....tastes wonderful!

Reviewed Chocolate Sponge Puddings

"Outstanding and simple desert! I followed the instructions with a few modifications and it came out perfect! I used sweetened coco instead of unsweetened, so I cut back on the sugar to 2-3 tbls instead of the 1/4 cup. Also, instead of the brown sugar I added sweetened coco (to taste for the sour cream topping. Getting the egg whites really stiff is the key to the fluffiness of this desert (thanks to "Onlycookinthehouse" for making that point! I will definitely be making this desert again. Thanks Melissa!
