My Activity

Reviewed Ginger-Tea Lemonade

"My favorite..ever. I hate tea. All kinds of tea. But this has changed my mind. I will always always keep a pitcher (or 2!) of this in my fridge at all times. I'll need to make a triple batch once a week! All in all....THE BEST. I changed nothing in the recipe."

Reviewed Peanut Butter Cookies

"These were great! I still like the recipe I have that calls for shortening and flour and bla bla bla, but when I have a craving for peanut butter cookies and either dont have all the ingredients I need or just don't feel like taking all the time, I just use this recipe and i love it! I don't even need to look at the recipe! Hello, just 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 egg! I do add a splash of vanilla extract which i think makes it taste yummier but I love these! Totally showed me that you don't need flour in a recipe to make it great!

Reviewed Asparagus Lasagna

"I thought this recipe was amazing! While I was making it, I was thinking "Gross this is gonna be nasty." Because it didn't look very appetizing as I was mixing the cheese and asparagus, and because there's no meat! Sure there's pancetta, (which by the way you do add it to the cheese asparagus mixture, you guys are right the recipe doesn't even tell you! But I have the show recorded on my DVR so that's how I know what to do.) But anyways, it looked gross and I was regretting spending that money on the ingredients. And I did add the 8 oz of mascarpone that some reviewers suggested. However, when we all ate it, we LOVED LOVED LOVED it. So So good, I can't wait to make this again! Even my picky fiance and little sister loved it! I highly recommend this. Give it a try!
