Reviewed Hidden Mint Cookies

"These were good and easy! I did change them up a bit by using mini Twix bars cut in two between the dough and using green and red sugars on top instead of the nuts. I'm using this cookie in a cookie exchange this year.

One good tip: Refrigerate the dough between baking sheets..will cut much cleaner and keep it's shape."

"I was able to eat these like potato chips...excellent! I did use Italian Seasoning breadcrumbs instead of the plain and had a little ranch dressing although that is not really needed. Loved them."

Reviewed Chicken and Crunchy Slaw in Endive Leaves

"I thought it was a great alternative to traditional chicken salad. I could not find endive so I used napa cabbage leaves instead. It was good to think I was eating a healthier dressing without all the mayo. The added sweetness of the dried cranberries was perfect. I'll make this one again for sure."

"So simple to make. They came out buttery and tasty and all without the added step of draining or preparing afterwards. Just the butter in the pan was enough. I left them on for a lot longer in the pan even and they did not turn to mush. I did not have any herbs on hand so I just used butter, salt and pepper. "

"I didn't have Panko bread crumbs so I toasted a few slices of sourdough bread. I liked it, but to me it needs a little "oooomph". Maybe soy sauce or something. But I would make it again for sure.""
