My Activity

Reviewed Orange Chocolate Lava Cakes

"These were very delicious, easy to make, and uses all ingredients I keep on hand. I did have problems with sticking, but I think my muffin pan is just old and scratched. I used shortening and flour to help them come out easier, but when that was obviously not going to work, we scooped them out with a spoon. "

Reviewed Fleur de Sel Caramels

"Very good flavor! Mine came out a little bit hard, and so I checked my candy thermometer and realized it wasn't calibrated right. After adjusting my thermometer and making another batch (the first batch was gone in a hurry, even if we did have to microwave them for 7 seconds), they were perfect. "

Reviewed Homemade Marshmallows

"These aren't an easy recipe, but it is well written and fun to make. After making one plain batch, I wanted to try it with other flavors. I feel that the test of a good recipe is one that is versatile, and these are it. I made peppermint today and topped them with crushed candy canes. Super yummy!"

Because of that, though, it stayed perfectly soft in the middle. I served mine with a sprinkle of Paula's Praline Pecan Morsels and whipped cream. Boy, was that a special Holiday taste! If y""

Reviewed Pecan Praline Morsels

"These were delicious, and very easy! I stirred them more than once and only ended up baking them for about 22 minutes. I think they'd be fun to add more spices to change the flavor, or a little bit of maple flavoring just to add some new interest. yum.""
