Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"I do not even like turkey, I just do it out of tradition I always make a ham and Roast beef also. I went back to get seconds and the turkey was gone I made a 20lb turkey had 7 people come for dinner and could not belive my eyes. This year I will make two 20lb birds thank God I have two ovens, even my very picky son loved it and was upset there were no left over I guess I could have taken the meat of the back. You really should try this brine great job Alton !!!!!!!!!! I should try this for my roasted chicken and other fowl. Hmmmm
