"Really Good! I was out of onions & canned tomatoes so I used pizza sauce for the mix into the meatloaf and used bread crumbs instead of oatmeal. The paste I substituted tomato paste for ketchup and added extra brown sugar. Everyone loved it. It fed 3 of us not 4. Husband wants it 3x a week. Sot this will probably go on my once a month meal "

"I'm giving this recipe 5 stars because it is as described. However for me personally, too rich, I even used less Cheese, no breadcrumbs and no tomatoes. The tomatoes probably would lighten it up but husband does not like tomatoes. So I made as is. This is a once a year dinner to serve to my family but I would definitely bring this to a pot luc"
