My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

"This recipe is delicious! It makes a lot more than 4 servings! I used containers that held 16 oz of filling, it made four of these and then I have about 32 oz of filling left over that I froze to make this a quick meal for 2 again. I don't know about every other cook, but this recipe took me the better part of a morning. Prep always seems long"

Reviewed Spaghetti and Meatballs

"These were awesome and super easy! Great taste! I only used the meatball recipe part though and then made the Simple Sauce that Giada has. It was really good!!! I am making them again this week!"

Reviewed Simple Tomato Sauce

"This sauce is awesome! It does make a lot and I did use San Marzano canned tomatoes. I also used quite a bit of butter to cut the acidity. It was perfect! It freezes very well and has been nice to take out for dishes to have fresh tomato sauce like meatballs and parmesan chicken. I will definitely make this again!"

Reviewed Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies

"These are AWESOME! So very easy to make and sooo delicious! The filling did make way to much and I made the sandwiches generously. They are light and fluffy and the frosting gives it just the right amount of sweetness. A perfect treat for Valentines Day. I made smaller ones and rolled them in sprinkles for the kids and made the Paula size one""

Reviewed Shortbread Cookies

"These were awesome! I made them into christmas trees and stars for a holiday party and dipped them in semi-sweet and white chocolate. They looked so professional. They were delicious! I think since my shape was different than the 2x3s that Ina did, the bake time was much shorter. They were done in about 12 minutes...otherwise the tips burned.""

Reviewed Banoffee Mess

"This was kind of a mess all right. The toffee turned out perfectly but took forever. I had to stay home and watch it on the stove. After all that time, it was just okay. My husband thought it was terrible, but the kids liked it okay. I keep a food journal and this was NOT worth the 728 calories per serving. "
