"So sad. I read all the reviews and it sounded so nice and easy! I made it for Christmas eve and it didn't turn out well at all. Even though I tenderized the flank and followed the directions to the T, my meat was tough, stringy and chewy. The sauce was delicious. I think the cooking time was too short. Not sure if I can make it again."
