"I read the reviews and didn't add any zest or juices and added a little more sugar and cinnamin in the apple filling. Also, I think because I live in a dry climate (AZ), my crust was tearing a lot. I added more water and had better luck. So if you live in a dry climate, add more water, omit the juices and zests and you got yourself a delicious ""
