"The only complaints that I got was there wasn't enough so I suggest make 2 pans of these. I did change the potato to a ludka (sp?) recipy with onions, spices and an egg to hold it together. I didn't have the procitto or provolone so used bacon and chedar cause thats what we had in the house. And as an added bonus for the kids I served it with a holinday sauce and its good both with and without the sauce. I do suggest this as a good holiday brunch.
