Reviewed Pumpkin Banana Mousse Tart
"This is very, very good. I omitted the orange zest and thoroughly pureed the banana before adding it to the rest of the mixture. The flavor of the tart was somewhat like a delicious, decadent banana pudding. The banana flavor is more pronounced than the pumpkin, and melds well with the buttery, sweet graham cracker crust and the whipped cream. The cinnamon adds alot to the flavor of the dessert, too. I almost omitted it from the crust but I'm glad I didn't. The texture of the tart was smooth and it held its shape well. This is one of those desserts with an unexpected and wonderful flavor that catches people by surprise. The first time you make this, don't leave out the banana.
