About Me
I am a domestic engineer. I love to make new foods for my family of 6. I have 2 picky eaters and 2 adventurous eaters so meal prep can be challenging, but I am determined to keep introducing healthy foods. I love to read, cook, garden, yoga and take various group exercise classes at my local gym. My cooking style is eclectic and leans towards seasonal availability.
Favorite Foods
Quinoa is one of my favorite new dishes to cook. My veggie lasagna is my most requested dish by friends. I do not have a favorite restaurant yet..but I'm on the lookout :)
