Reviewed Pasta Salad With Salami, Carrots, Peas and Roasted Red Peppers

"Very easy & tasted great. I can't make anything without garlic, so I sauteed some fresh garlic & the shallot in the olive oil before I added it to the salad. As well I added a shot (maybe 2 tbspn) of balsamic vinaigrette & some parmesan cheese."

While these were cooking I quickly pan fried the peppers and onions & browned the chops. I placed both on top of the potatoes in the covered b""

Reviewed Citrus Rice Salad

"I served this salad with sauteed shrimp. This is probably the most disappointing food network recipe I've made. I guess to each their own. It wasn't awful, I would just not make it again. I usually don't cook anything "citrus", but went out on a limb. I guess we are just not a citrusy family....""
