"Made these last weekend with cod and they turned out fantastic!!! I was so excited about them and they definitely met all my expectations and then some! Made exactly as the recipe called for except used Fat Tire Amber Ale instead of Mexican beer because that is what we had in the house. All 2 pounds of fish disappeared. Everyone at my house loved them! The sauce really is amazing and so simple. They tasted so good with the fresh cilantro, cabbage, tomatillo salsa and a tiny bit of onion on top.
