So so good! I'm a vegetarian so I made small modifications. I used vegetable stock and fake bacon, instead of the alternatives. I also used cream-style corn because it's what I had. Everyone in my family loved it, and we're not usually chowder people. Will definitely be making this again!"

Everyone was raving about the crust. Slightly chewy around the edges but still soft. Yum. My family's vegetarian and doesn't eat eggs so instead of the lemon topping we used mixed berries with agave and a little cinnamon and clove. Delish. It was nice and tart. We also keep a tub of whipped cream in the freezer which tastes like vanilla ice cream."
