Awesome!! We were just in San Fran a couple weeks ago and Missy you';ve nailed it! Of anything these are even better because the crabs we had were more coated as if they addd flour to the sauce. Wow this was so great! All the reviews were right on this was delicious. I made most of the recipe the night before then just cooked the pancakes in the morning and stunned my family. I also did not have easy access to cassis so I used limoncello and that worked great."

This is pretty tasty on it's own however I followed other people's recommendations and also cut down on the sugar. I halved the recipe and only used 1/3 C and even then it was a bit too much so I added more mayo. I also added cinnamon and it tastes good so far. I'll be topping it on some shredded pork tortas later and can't wait to show it off...
