Reviewed spinach-and-cheese pork chops with polenta

Oct 14, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This is a very easy and very tasty recipe! I loved it and so did my husband. I didn't have Provolone cheese, so I sliced some Fontina to top the Spinach. I also used sliced pepperoncini. Served it with regular cooking Polenta because that's what I had.

These were okay. I followed the exact recipe, and also made the dip, which calls for way too much mayo. I think you could get away with buying the jarred or bottled blue cheese for these.
And the balls fall apart easily before being fried."

LOVE!!!!!!! Great recipe, super easy and delicious! I used polenta instead of the white corn meal, therefore I didn't have to use the heavy cream and milk."

Super easy and delicious! I seasoned the salmon with a little salt and pepper. I also took the skin off the bottom after I baked it in the oven. It's much easier to remove it after it's been cooked. Great recipe, my family loved it!"

Reviewed Wild Mushroom Fricassee Over Polenta

Jul 18, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I love love love this recipe! I didn't use the Shiitake Mushrooms. I used Portabello and Crimini and I also used regular Polenta because it's easy to fix and I usually find that the consistency is better than the quick cooking stuff. Anyway- my husband not being a big fan of polenta absolutely loved it too. Way to go Rachael!"
