I have tried a number of different falafel recipes and this is the best one! I am so happy I found this recipe because I love falafel. Instead of frying them, I baked mine at 400F for about 20 mins, flipping them over half way (as another rater recommended- thank you!). I didn't make Melissa's sauce, I just made my own with greek yogurt, lemon, a...

This is me and my husband's all-time favorite meal. The flavor is amazing and the recipe is easy. I make this every year for Valentine's Day. You MUST try this recipe, it will likely become one of your favorite pasta dishes! If I could give this recipe 6 stars I would. *Let the sauce simmer much longer than the recipe states before adding the cr...

Absolutely delicious and flavorful. This dish got rave reviews. Very hardy for not containing meat. Be careful with the salt because a lot of the ingredients are salty.""

AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! This is one of my new favorite meals. Very easy if you do all the chopping in advance. Be sure to serve it with rice (like Ina) or bread to sop up all the sauce."

Flavorful and easy! Made this exactly as written except substituted lemon zest for orange zest. I loved the freshness of the mint. I made the sauce in the morning and put it in the fridge, at dinner time I let it come to room temp and added the pasta. Delicious, simple, and so easy-perfect for the summer. "

My husband and I recently had this dish in Rome and fell in love. This is a great recipe, flavors are dead-on. I did find that it made too much sauce. I would start by adding only half the sauce to the pasta, and add more as needed. Delicious.
