I have made this dish several times now and it is ALWAYS a major crowd pleaser. I usually don't follow recipes word for word but with this one I did. Thanks for the recipe! The herbed batter is absolutely amazing. Super easy recipe that anyone can do. The touch of tarragon really adds to the flavor. Just make sure you don't overdo the tarragon because it can take over a recipe. Can't wait to have some yummy lobster tonite. I use a grill pan to make cooking easier. "
