Hi, When I was a young mother and wife, we lived abroad, so needed to learn to cood all types of food from bottom up. No boxes to buy, just flour, (7 types), and food from different venders. But made me a great cook, no formal classes but great foods of the world, greek, spainish, american, mexican, chinese etc.
We are retired now in a small area in NV, and not many good resturants so cooking meals at home. I love cooking. and trying many things.
