"Yet another winner from Ina. The sauce was very close to what I always do, but adding the bits of meatball "flavor" and cooking the wine down in the onions and garlic really nailed this recipe. INA IS MONEY!!!
Reviewed Homemade Gravy
"Making this gravy for Christmas Dinner, by request from my whole family. It's the 4th holiday dinner I've made it, and my family "threatens" to eat it straight because it's so good. I've never used the heavy cream or brandy/cognac (never have that stuff on hand), but I've added extra white wine (always have that in the house). Spectacular! Ina is the best!!!!
