"I was beyond excited to see this recipe in the most recent Food Network Magazine! My husband is in LOVE with Alfredo but I am trying to watch what I eat. Thank goodness for this version.
I also doubled the garlic as we are huge garlic lovers. I think the lemon zest really helped to brighten up the flavor. When my husband saw the recipe, he was very unsure of it. But in the end, even he admitted (sheepishly) that it was just as good as the full fat version. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)"
