Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash

The butternut squash was tasty, but same as some of the others I wish I had read the reviews earlier. It did take over an hour to cook them. I also used honey along with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. I covered them with alumin foil about halfway thhrough the cooking process to keep them from burning around the edges.""
