Reviewed Hoisin Pork Ribs with Cabbage, Pineapple, and Macadamia Nut Slaw
"The ribs were excellent, but I was very disappointed in the slaw. I should have known when it called for 2 TB. of cumin. It was so overpowering that that's all I could taste, and I even put way less than what it called for. I'm not sure why cumin was even in the recipe. You could leave it out completely and it would be great."
