Yummy! I have made this recipe several times and alway get compliments! I will make it again and again. One question I have is, What are boiling potatoes? I found russet have worked out great but wonder if I should try another type. Also, when Ina says this recipe feeds 12 people, I think she means 12 famished men. It goes a long way!

Delicious! I made this for my monthy ladies luncheon and it was a hit! Several ladies wanted the recipe for the upcoming holidays. The only difficulty I had was cutting through the prosciutto - even with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. That said, I'll be making this appetizer again for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
