Once was featured as an Everyday Chef in our local newspaper, The Virginian Pilot for my Farfalle with Blackened Tuna Bites! Have so much to learn but work full time in real estate so am lookfing forward to retirement so I can take some culinary classes and practice, practice, practice!!!
Favorite Foods
Anything Italian or seafood! Sauces and spices inspire me! Love Guy Fieri's show Diners, Dives and Drive Ins! There are so many awesome chefs out there all over America!! Can't wait to try them all! One day .... one day!!
