The taste was okay, not strong orange. The orange zest should have been filtered out, it gave a sandy texture. The color looked like lemon curd. My mixture was NOT thick, so I used corn starch, and cooked almost to the point of curdling. I REDUCED IT DOWN TO ONE CUP OF CURD AND IT WAS STILL RUNNY. I am disappointed, and I will look for a better r"
