"Very light and refreshing fruit salad. The lime juice gives it a wonderful bright flavor. The poppy seeds were undetectable, so I won`t add them again. However, the pistachios are a wonderful addition."

"Excellent recipe. I halved the sauce and it was perfect. The orange, dill and red onion are a great combination of flavors. I served the shrimp mounded on butter lettuce with a croissant on the side. Wonderful light lunch."

"Absolutely delicious! I used bacon instead of pancetta, only because that`s what I had, but it gave it a nice smoky flavor. I also used canned artichokes, rinsed, for the same reason. I have also made a vegetarian version, cooking the vegetables and herbs in olive oil, and it was still wonderful. "

Reviewed Chicken Potpie Soup

"This is a very good soup. I added more poultry seasoning and salt than the recipe calls for and I used corn instead of potatoes. The crust is great, but not really necessary. This is a soup and not a chowder, so I expected it to be thinner, which I really liked because it wasn`t so heavy. I will definitely be making this again."
