Reviewed Blackberry Beignet

"I made these but used frozen strawberries which I minced. I added a lot more sugar, left out the pecans, and used cinnamon powdered sugar to coat. It all tasted very good except for the fact that they did NOT cook all the way through. I have tried cooking these 3x this wk to no avail each time. It is frustrating. Someone please tell me how I should cook these.. What temperature to have the stove??

Reviewed Mr. John's Meat-Stuffed Bell Peppers

"Made this for dinner tonight: Yum! Had major substitutes though:

*minced chicken - not the above meats
*red quinoa - not rice
*cayenne pepper - not pepper flakes
*red & yellow bell peppers for cups - not green bell peppers
*canned spaghetti sauce (four cheeses - not tomato sauce)
*ADDED Italian seasoning, corn, and peas! :

Did not add chopped up bell peppers nor parsely to stuffing.

Anyways!! Great recipe guide for someone who has NEVER had stuffed bell peppers!! :D Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Reviewed Chicken Cacciatore

":D Very nice! Nice! Nice! <--As Borat would say! ;D I cooked this for dinner tonight as a surprise for my very sweet Mr. Boyfriend!! ;D I didn't use fresh thyme as I do not have a garden at present. Instead I used a butt-load of Italian dry seasonings!! ;D Warning: Be a little more careful than I was.. :P : lol He loved it!! Also instead of using chilli flakes, I used cayenne pepper sprinkles! It was not spicy, but it added an umph! Very nice! :D :D :D :D

I was inspired to cook this from yes, the show!! ;D :D :D :D :D :D Thank you!! :D
