Although I am currently a housewife, my background is in event planning and administration. I love cooking and gardening. I also enjoy baking and am the type of person who would see something and immediately have to try to make it. I specialize in cultural cuisine especially latin fusion. I love examining food flavors and trying to duplicate recipes at home. My kitchen is more like my laboratory. Today, for example I will be experimenting with food from England. Just because I saw Chef Gordon Ramsey yell at someone on how badly they made it and I wondered if I could do it. Currently I am learning more about french cuisine and experimenting more with carribean roti. My love to other cultures has also expanded to Japan and Asia. I currently sell sushi supplies and sake sets on ebay.
Favorite Foods
I love to cook multi cultural foods. I am puerto Rican and love puerto Rican foods but I really enjoy cooking foods from other countries and the carribean because I love planning parties and event specializing in those areas.Advertisement
