Reviewed Mexican Potato Salad

Oct 4, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Not bad but when I made it, I salted and peppered my potatoes and instead of the pickled jalapenos, I diced a fresh jalapeno. With those changes, it turned out ok.""

Reviewed Caprese Mozzarella Salad Bites

Jun 13, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Caprese is something that shouldn't be messed with. It is a classic and very easy to prepare.
All it is, is very good tomatoes, fresh sliced mozzarella, basil and olive oil. No pre-shredded mozzarella or bottled salad dressing.
I don't usually mind using shortcuts etc but why on something so simple as a Caprese salad."
