Reviewed Lemony Shrimp Scampi Pasta

I love lemons - but this was just a bit too lemon-y for my tastes. Maybe the lemons I had were had too much juice but I had to throw in more water/salt to bring down the sourness from all the lemons. Will be going back to Ina's shrimp scampi recipe.

Great chicken! Very very moist... and by the time the chicken is done cooking, the vegetables taste amazing and you definitely don't want to strain that goodness away.

Very flavorful. I would recommend that you make the yogurt sauce the same time you start marinating the lamb chops so the flavors could come together. Giving the sauce some overnight time gave it even more flavor.""

I'd give this recipe 6 stars if i could. A few changes:
- I do not have a cooler - a brining bag did the job just fine. The liquid did not cover the bird entirely so had to rotate it once
- No canola oil - used vegetable oil instead
- I sprinkled some salt and pepper after brushing the bird w/ the oil....
