I think this would be better without the mango chutney. It was a little too sweet and overpowering. Otherwise this was really really good and really fun to make and eat.

Yes!! I love recipes that have ingredients that I've never tried cooking with. This meal was so good and fun to make. I'm a cheapo so I used olive seed oil and only had already cooked sausage, so I chopped it up and put with the fig and shrooms, slapped it on top of the chicken with some gruyere cheese and it ROCKED.

First time I tried working with puff pastry and boy was I pleased!! You have to be a brie cheese fan to LOVE these, maybe next time I will try cream cheese instead to please the brie haters. Very tasty
