All in all this was a good recipe though I was hoping for more of a fresh ginger taste, which the soup lacked.

Out of all the Piccata recipes I've tried on the, Trisha's is the best as far as I'm concerned; more closely resembles Piccata I had at my Italian mother-in-law's home years ago in Jersey. This is a easy recipe to throw together and tasty but I always double the sauce; sometimes triple because it's so damn good! ;)

This is a great and easy recipe and delish! But I think I know why everyone is having issues with too much water in the finished product. Tomatoes! I have found; and others have probably done this anyway but seed the tomatoes or use Roma tomatoes and seed them. It's the accumulation of liquid from our little red friends. See if that helps!"
