Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes and Peanut Butter Icing

Followed recipe exactly. Baked for only 20 minutes as to not over cook them. As a cupcake by itself it is dry and lacks salt. I used Ghirardelli Natural Cocoa, perhaps I should have used Dutch processed. Hoping the chocolate frosting I am making will merry the two and make a great cupcake. "
