Pretty good, but cubans use olive oil and the oregano in this recipe is just for looks, we normally do not use oregano.

The pie was very easy to make and tasty. I bought a ready made pie dough. I did not add so much of the orange or lemon zest. The pie baked for 1 hour, the color of the pie was amazing, the filling came out juicy but not runny. I would do it again."

Super EASY!! and everyone loved it!. The sugar melted right in. The apricot glaze made it look like it was done by a professional. I was not picky on the size of the pastry and I think that is what made it look home made."

The sauce is just what we wanted. It does not overwhelm the fish. I served it over a whole BBQ snapper. Just what I wanted, flavor and not heavy. I only had 1 lime so I had to replace the lemons for 1 lime and added 2 more cloves of garlic."

Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Fontina Cheese Crostini

The crostini and cheese really made the soup. I added a pinch of red pepper flakes and 2 more cloves of garlic to give it a little kick.
Easy to make, I served it to a party of 30, ranging in age from 4- 85 and everyone did come back for seconds.
