Reviewed Deep-Dish Apple Pie
"The pie was very easy to make and tasty. I bought a ready made pie dough. I did not add so much of the orange or lemon zest. The pie baked for 1 hour, the color of the pie was amazing, the filling came out juicy but not runny. I would do it again."

"Super EASY!! and everyone loved it!. The sugar melted right in. The apricot glaze made it look like it was done by a professional. I was not picky on the size of the pastry and I think that is what made it look home made."
"The sauce is just what we wanted. It does not overwhelm the fish. I served it over a whole BBQ snapper. Just what I wanted, flavor and not heavy. I only had 1 lime so I had to replace the lemons for 1 lime and added 2 more cloves of garlic."

Easy to make, I served it to a party of 30, ranging in age from 4- 85 and everyone did come back for seconds.
