"Thought it was good but not something I will make again. I made it exactly as listed on recipe. Didn't find it to be runny, and thought the consistency was great, and held up well on the pita Served it at a party and noticed no one was going back for more. I had a lot leftover. "

"I agree with the last reviewer. I found this to be a little bland. I doctored it up and used cheese tortelini instead of plain pasta and found it to be delish. I think this recipe is a great guideline, and needs a little extra help to make it memorable."

"I was a little confused by all the conflicting comments,but realized the recipe on this site slightly differs with the one in her book. I didn't follow it exactly but thought it was delicous!I was worried about the watery issue so to be safe I salted the veggies first, shredded the cheese while the vegs were sweating. Pat them dry with paper towel"
