"tried this out on my family last thanksgiving and they all loved it. the work that goes into it and the cost of the pan is soooo worth it. you can also get the pie birds fairly cheap... (or cheep?? haha) from i think it was either carol wright gifts catalog or harriet carter they are silicone and very easy to clean and get 2 for the $$ of one. us"
