YUM! These nuts are totally addicting! The flavor is subtle but wonderful - a little sweet, a little salt and a little spice. I think the suggestion about toasting the pecans on a cookie sheet in the oven is a good's kind of hard to get an even toast in the pan and takes longer than the oven.
