LOVED this recipe! I halfed it, used Garofalo cappelletti (instead of the wheels) and measured out a cup each of fresh sugar snap peas, frozen edamame and frozen peas. I also refrained from adding the final 1/4 cup of oil and it still tasted amazing. I think that the greens make this dish and I will be sure to cook it again."
