Delicious! The husband and I loved this recipe. I used leftover pullednpork I already had. Also, I did sub sour cream (less healthy!) for the greek yogurt. I will definitely make this again.

Really, really good! I was pleasatly suprised at how tasty this is! I loved it. The salty ham and tangy swiss cheese, with the sweetness of the sweet potato (plus a hint of the onion) resulted in a delicious Salty Sweet Combo. I did use more milk than suggested and also used light margarine (instead of regular butter). I would definitely make this...

Very, Very good lemon cake. Very Simple to Make, too. I add 1 Tbs of poppy seeds to mine. Also, I use sugar free lemon pudding mix and no one knows the difference! This recipe is a common request from my co-workers. Delicious and simple."

GREAT! As a non-lover of standard pie crusts, I was looking for something a little different for my quiche. This was perfect! Fast, Easy, and only 4 ingredients (if you count water!). The crust was flaky and delicious! I used good quality olive oil. I would definitely use this again.

Good marinade. Husband said it reminded him a bit of teriyaki (probably due to the sweetness from the brown sugar & cider vinegar). I marinated mine for only an hour and didn't have the lime...which is a bummer...I'm sure it would have been even better with the lime. This was still good. Oh, added a bit or dried rosemary."

Tasty. I admit, I was skeptical of this recipe...the cottage cheese with the sweetener...but this is Healthy AND Delicious! I shared this recipe with others. Very good. Very easy. Very healthy. I ate mine with tortilla chips. I made mine in the a.m., let is set for a few hours, and ate it for lunch. I finished the rest the next day. But it was best the same day it was made. I also used dried cilantro and it worked fine (as I did not have fresh). Yum."

I used this in a crockpot for Italian Beef Sandwiches (with the addition of Au Jus base and pepperocinis). Loved that I already had the ingredients at home. Made the following changes:

These were good. Just good. not fantastic, not "wow, I've got to make these again" but definitely not bad at all. Just forgetable. I like that these were cooked in the oven and not fried. Probably will stick to my enchiladas...which are better (we think). OH, I did not use a rotisserie chicken, instead, used plain chicken I cooked.

I loved this! Very easy!! Sour cream always makes cake recipes so moist. I will say though, the batter is VERY thick. I was worried and added extra milk to the batter (then extra sugar to 2nd batch).
