I wasn't going to strain the sauce (lazy) but I did and I am glad..It came out beautiful. My chops were about 3/4 inch but they still came out perfect. This is definitely a do-over recipe! Yummy!"

"this is sooooo good. .. it's a keeper and i can't wait to make it again. i made a sundae..very simple with pound cake, ice cream, chocolate sauce & whipped cream...very delicious. i only made half the recipe because it was for 2 of us only...still came out great and we enjoyed it for a couple of days after.....i wonder if this can be frozen???
