If you have this in the oven make sure it is well-sealed or it could be too dry. I have made it in the oven and in the crockpot, using Heinz Chili Sauce. Always turns out marvelous, juicy and tasty, Be sure you don't buy a corned beef brisket - that would produce a disaster.

It would be kinda gross if you use corned beef brisket instead of beef brisket. For cooks not in the know it is an easy error to make.
