"Love all the flavors in this recipe. Wanted to freeze leftovers but didn't last long enough. Made a few changes. Added four ripe fresh tomatoes, eight ounce can tomato sauce and increased vegetable stock in place of 32 ounce can crushed tomatoes. The toppings really make this fabulous - added all of them plus cilantro and plain Greek yogurt for so"
