"Delish!! It took me longer to cook than the recipe time indicates. I doubled the jalapeno and it is still not too spicy. Serves more than two, so I can heat leftovers quickly in the morning for a hot breakfast. While it is very good as written, I will play around with this in the future based on what I have on hand. "

"This was pretty good. Nice addition of the fennel. I would have liked the pork chop to have taken on more of the sauce flavor. A simple caccitore sauce I may try again. The side of pasta with different sauce did not work for me. ""
