My Activity

Reviewed Garlic Bread

"Made it as per the video, which is different than the written instructions, with the parmesan cheese. Reviewed Roast Pork Loin with Apples

"Very good. Made it exactly as written with a 3lb. loin, keeping everything else the same. I found the rosemary somewhat overpowering, but I did use fresh cut from my garden, not store bought. Reviewed T-Bone Tom's Choice Steak Marinade

"Outstanding! Halved the recipe as I was making just 2 New York strip steaks, and substituted the vegetable oil with olive oil. None of the ingredients overpowered the others, the marinade just seems to bring out the natural flavor of the steak. Works more like a tenderizer. Very tender and juicy result.""
