I made this from my notes during the TV episode and she said 1/2 cup sour cream. I doubled the streusel, misjuged dividing batter into thirds and ended up w/ streusel on top layer. However it turned out great and the nuts that were on top (I used walnuts as my husband won't eat Pecans) were toasted and that really added flavor. This recipe is a keeper...

Outstanding! I made the meat filling as directed but used a jar of Pace garlic and lime salsa verde I had on hand and mild cheddar for the cheese. This is the first Guy recipe I've ever made but I will now try more. This was better than anything like it that Ive ever had when eating out. Delicious!!

This was amazing! I made the meat part according to the recipe but for the tomatillo sauce I used a jar of Pace garlic and lime salsa verde that I had on hand and mild cheddar for the cheese. It made 10 (6 inch) enchildas. This the first recipe of Guy's that I've made and I will look for more!

I made this today and it was delicious!! I skipped the walnuts (I was too hungry) I froze 4 portions for work lunches and may add the nuts immediately before eating. I will def make this again and add other dried fruits such as apricots.

I did substitute butter, (since I have been watching food network I have not bought margerine).
I thought the ratio of fat to flour was too high but I made them.
I baked them 15 miniutes. They did not rise at all but I noticed Trisha's did not really either... They sounded like they were sizzleing in the pan when I took them out...
